Bhavani Nagar Police Solve Murder Case; Accused Arrested

 Hyderabad ‘(PMI) In Hyderabad, the Bhavani Nagar Police have successfully solved a murder case and arrested the accused involved in the incident.

The accused, identified as Mohd. Mudassir (19), a resident of Nasheman Nagar, Talabkatta, was apprehended in connection with the murder of Syed Abdul Khadir Ali (21), a fast food worker and auto driver from Shaheen Nagar, Balapur.

According to police, the case (Cr. No. 65/2026 under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) stems from an incident that occurred on the evening of April 13 near Thala Masjid in Talabkatta. As per the complaint filed by the victim’s father, the deceased had stepped out to bring an auto when he was later found lying injured.

He was immediately shifted to Urooj Hospital in Moghalpura, where he succumbed to internal injuries while undergoing treatment.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the accused had a trivial quarrel with the victim at a pan shop over a minor issue involving a stare. The argument escalated, and the accused allegedly assaulted the victim with repeated fist blows to the chest, neck, and head, leading to severe internal injuries that caused his death.

Based on credible information, police apprehended the accused, who is now being produced before the court. The case was solved under the supervision of the DCP, Charminar Zone, and ACP, Mirchowk Division, along with the Inspector of Police, Bhavani Nagar, and their team. (pressmediaofindia.com)
