Hyderabad, Oct 15 (PMI): Residents of Telangana, who have been enduring intense heat and humid weather conditions, may get some relief as the Meteorological Department has forecast rainfall across the state over the next 10 days.
According to the forecast, rainfall activity is expected to begin on October 15, with showers likely in Hyderabad and several other districts. The intensity of rainfall may increase on October 16 as weather conditions become favourable for precipitation.
The expected change in weather is associated with the influence of the northeast monsoon, which may bring cloudy skies, thunderstorms and rainfall accompanied by gusty winds to several parts of Telangana.
Light to moderate rainfall is likely in many areas on October 15 and 16, while isolated places may receive heavier showers. Thunderstorms are also possible in some districts.
