Hyderabad, Oct.29 (Shoukat-PMI)): Telangana BJP President N. Ramchander Rao on Wednesday appealed to his party workers across the state to extend all possible assistance to the people affected by Cyclone ‘Montha’, which has caused severe impact in parts of Telangana and adjoining coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh state.
Emphasizing the party’s commitment to public service, Rao urged BJP workers to coordinate with local authorities, disaster management teams, and voluntary organizations to provide relief, including food, shelter, medical aid and essential supplies. “At this hour of distress, our foremost duty is to stand by the people, especially the poor, farmers, and daily-wage earners whose livelihoods have been hit the hardest”, Rao said in a press statement.
