Hanuman Idol Vandalised in Hyderabad, Police Begin Investigation

Hyderabad, Oct. 17(PMI)  Tension gripped Rampally village under Keesara police station limits after unidentified miscreants vandalised a Hanuman idol on Thursday night.

According to the police, the idol’s left hand and mace were damaged, leading to anger and protests among local devotees. Acting swiftly, Keesara police reached the spot on Friday morning and launched an investigation.

Forensic experts examined the scene, and officials have begun collecting CCTV footage from nearby houses and shops to identify the suspects.

To prevent any law and order issues, additional police forces were deployed in the area. Authorities have assured that strict action will be taken against the culprits once they are identified. The motive behind the act remains unclear, and investigations are ongoing.(pressmediaofindia.com)
