Hyderabad, April 26 (PMI): AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi today announced Rs.1.4 crore relief package to fight Covid 19 virus in the state. The funds will be used to set up a Covid 19 helpline number and oxygen bank in the state. The doctors at the helpline center would help the Covid patients and guide their caregivers. The funds will also be used to distribute medical kits to all the patients in need .
In a statement, Asad said that the call Center with 25 doctors would work from 6 am in the morning 12 pm in the afternoon to provide the assistance to the patients. He said that they had already procured 200 big oxygen cylinders and 50 small cylinders for home care patients. He said that the patients can also bring in their own empty oxygen cylinder and get them refilled. He said that they had converted a function hall near Habibnagar into a Covid war room to set up the helpline Center
