Hyderabad, Nov.21 (PMI): TRS MLA from Vemulawada Chennamaneni Ramesh on Thursday approached the High Court to set aside the orders of the Union government canceling his citizenship.
On the other hand, rival of Ramesh in the Assembly elections and Congress leader Aadi Srinivas, who is the complainant in the case, filed a Caveat in the case before the High Court urging it to give prior notice to him to present his arguments before admitting the petition of the MLA.
The petition will come up for hearing before the High Court on Friday.
