Hyderabad’ May 7 (PMI). In view of the upcoming visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Hyderabad on Sunday (May 10), Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao conducted a high-level review meeting with senior officials from various departments regarding security arrangements.
During the meeting, it was decided to implement traffic regulations and restrictions on major roads across the city, along with extensive security deployment for the Prime Minister’s visit.
The Chief Secretary directed that all departments, including Police, Traffic, Intelligence, and GHMC, should work in close coordination. He also emphasized strict implementation of the ‘Blue Book’ security guidelines related to the Prime Minister’s protection and instructed officials to keep the details of the visit confidential.
Officials also inspected the meeting venue at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), where the event is scheduled to take place.
The review meeting was attended by Director General of Police (Law and Order) Mahesh Bhagwat, Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh, Ranga Reddy District Collector Narayan Reddy, Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner Srujana, and other senior officials. (pressmediaofindia.com)
