Warangal: The DCP of the Central Zone, Warangal Police Commissionerate, conducted a review meeting on the progress of NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) cases and non-grave under-investigation (UI) cases at the Central Zone.
The meeting was attended by the concerned Writers, Investigating Officers (IOs) and Station House Officers (SHOs) of Intezarganj and Mills Colony Police Stations. During the review, the DCP examined the status of cases registered under the NDPS Act as well as other pending non-grave cases.
The officers briefed the DCP on the progress made in the investigation of the cases, the issues affecting their disposal and the steps being taken to complete the investigations. The DCP reviewed the case-wise progress and emphasized the need for systematic and timely investigation.
