Hyderabad, Nov.24 (PMI): Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said that with the comprehensive household survey is reaching its final stage, officials should be careful and they should take all precautionary measures during the entry of survey data.
Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday held a video conference with district collectors from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, on a comprehensive household survey.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said the quality in survey data entry is very important and the government has focused on the matter.
” During the survey phase, some problems like door locks and unavailability at home arose in urban areas.Then, the details can be regularised by calling the people and informing them about the survey and asking them to be available,” he instructed.
Bhatti further stated that the details of those who migrated in rural areas should be carefully regularised.
As cases of food poisoning are being reported in some hostels and residential schools, the officials should take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, Bhatti Vikramarka said.
The Deputy Chief Minister reminded that the State government has increased the mess and cosmetics charges to prevent problems like food poisoning in hostels.
“A special meeting will be held with the officials concerned to formulate an action plan to prevent issues like food poisoning and unhygienic conditions in the days to come, ” Bhatti said. (PMI)
