: Six new judges of the Hyderabad High Court took oath at the court hall of Chief Justice on Thursday. Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan administered the swearing-in for the new judges.
The new judges Justice DVSS Somayajulu, Justice K. Vijayalakshmi, Justice P. Keshava Rao, Justice M. Ganga Rao, Justice Abhinand Kumar Shawli and Justice T. Amarnath Goud will continue in service till their superannuation at the age of 62. All the six new judges have around 8 to 10 years of service. With their induction, the strength of the High Court judges has gone up to 38 against a total allotted strength of 61.
