Hyderabad, April.9 (PMI): Telangana Government today appointed Mahender Reddy as regular DGP of State who has been in charge DGP till date from last November 12. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has issued orders after signing a related file. The Assembly recently passed the bill giving powers to the state to appoint its own DGP. The bill became Act now and the chief minister passed the orders appointing Mahender Reddy as regular DGP, a CMO release said. (press media of india)
