Hyderabad, Dec.11 (PMI): Telangana State BJP president Dr K Laxman today said his party would accept the mandate of the people of the State.
Laxman, who was defeated from Musheerabad Assembly constituency, in a statement asserted that the Narendra Modi government would continue to support the State government in the implementation of welfare schemes and development programs in the State. He said basic issues failed to impact the elections due to AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who extensively participated in the election campaigning, which again compelled people to think about Telangana sentiment.
The BJP would analyse the election results and would try to strengthen the organisation to get ready to face Lok Sabha elections scheduled to be held next year, he said
