Hyderabad Oct 16 (PMI): A twenty year accused namely Eppili krishna, R/o Janata Nagar, Moosapet, Kukatpally N/o Odissa State who kidnapped a 15 year girl studding in class 7th was sexual assaulted several time due to which she got pregnancy. On 28-04-2016 accused forcibly kidnapped the victim girl from her house and dropped on 13-06-2016 at her house and went away. The accused Krishna arrested on 13-06-2016 and remanded.
The accused Eppili krishna, convicted with punishment of Rigorous Imprisonment for Life and fined Rs. 5,000/- in Cr. No 237/2016 U/s 376-(i), 363.IPC 5- (j) (ii), (L ) R/w 6 of POCSO Act of PS Kukatpally under the supervision of DCP Madhapur and Court Monitoring Cell of Cyberabad Commissionerate.
