Hyderabad, Nov.15 (PMI): The House Motion Petition filed in the High Court to keep former MLA of Kodangal Constituency Patnam Narender Reddy,  who is facing charges as accused A1 in the Lagacharla village Collector attack case, in a special barrack in Charlapalli Jail, has been rejected.

As the court was on holiday on Friday, the lawyer for Narendra Reddy filed a house motion petition. The petition stated that Patnam Narender Reddy was kept in jail along with five other common criminals. In his petition, Reddy requested that Patnam Narender be kept in a separate barrack being a former MLA. The High Court, which examined the petition, rejected it. (PMI)
