Hyderabad : An 18-year-old girl student Y Aruna allegedly committed suicide by hanging in her hostel room on Saturday evening.
The deceased, who belongs to Revulapalli village in Gadwel district, joined coaching for NEET after completing Intermediate in a private college at Madhapur. It is learnt she took to the extreme step by hanging from the ceiling fan when her inmates went for taking snacks. Aruna was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead, police said.
