Hyderabad, Aug.6 (PMI): The office of the Assistant City Planner, Rajendranagar Circle has informed the 
general public that an illegal layout is being developed by plotting the open land in an area about AC 14.00 in sy.No.270 & 271 situated at Gagan Pahad Village, Mailardevpally Division Rajendranagar circle, GHMC, without obtaining prior permission from GHMC which is in violation of provisions Section 388 of GHMC Act, 1955.
Therefore, the General Public are hereby cautioned not to purchase any part of the said illegal and unauthorized layout. If any person purchases any part of the above said illegal layout, the GHMC will not be held responsible for the future consequences that may arise there upon.(PMI)
