CPI-M calls for bandh on March 9

Hyderabad,  The CPI-M has called bandh on March 9 in protest against the recent encounter occurred in forest of Telangana-Chattisgarh border.

In a press note here today, the Maoist party alleged that the encounter, in which 11 Maoists were killed, was fake and dubbed Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s government as anti-people. It said KCR was behaving like a dictator. The bandh call was for opposing the Telangana Stategovernment’s attitude, he said and urged Telangana people to make it a success.
