Hyderabad, Dec.19 (PMI): TSSPDCL Chairman and Managing Director Musharraf Ali Faruqui said consumer satisfaction is top priority and the State government accords highest priority to providing quality power supply to all segments.
Musharraf Ali Faruqui held a vedio conference with all zone, circle heads of TSSPDCL here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that all officers should make filed inspections and rectify the problems with immediate effect on suo-moto basis.
He instructed that all the field officers and staff must be available in their jurisdiction and be accessible to consumers during the office hours and when required and said that any indiscipline should not be tolerated.
“Officers and filed staff should be always receptive towards the grievances of the consumers and should treat them with due regard. The quality of network should be equally good and safe in all areas, even in poor neighbourhoods and slums,” Musharraf Ali Faruqui said.
He directed all the officers to chalk out an action plan in this regard and to work effectively for providing better services to consumers. (Press media of india)
