Boddupalli Laxmi knocks HC doors for CBI probe

Hyderabad,  The High Court today admitted a petition filed by Nalgonda Municipal chairperson Boddupalli Laxmi and directed the Nalgonda Superintendent of Police to submit a counter within three weeks and adjourned the case for three weeks.
In her petition, Laxmi alleged that the Nalgonda police failed to conduct thorough investigation as they colluded with the culprits. She also urged the Court to direct the State government to order a CBI inquiry or a SIT inquiry into the murder of her husband Boddupalli Srinivas.
