Warangal, April 27 (PMI): The District police today received a blow in State BJP president Bandi Sanjay’s bail cancellation petition at a court in Hanmakonda. The IV additional first class magistrate of Hanumakonda dismissed the bail cancellation petition filed by the police.

The court heard the arguments of both sides at length and passed the orders. In their petition, the police urged the court to cancel the bail of Bandi Sanjay by citing that he was not cooperating with the investigation of the case. However, the counsel for Sanjay rebutted the arguments of the police and urged the court to dismiss the petition by stating that it was not maintainable. (PMI)
