Hyderabad, Aug.2 (PMI): Actor-turned Congress leader Vijayashanti today
demanded that the Union Home Minister order an inquiry into gangster Nayeem encounter case. She alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao government was raking up the issue to divert the attention of the public from their problems.
In a lengthy post made on her Facebook account, Vijayashanti said several stories pertaining to Nayeem’s diary appeared in the media and most the details appear to be edited. Alleging that the names of only a couple of leaders were leaked and names of other leaders were kept in the dark by the State government, Vijayashanti demanded that the State government explain the reasons for selected leakages.
