Hyderabad, October 16 (Press media of india): The High Court ruled that the search and detention of three persons without notice under Section 41A of the CrPC in the Congress War Room case was invalid.
Nirudu denied that on December 13, around 10.45 pm, the police conducted a search and detained the three persons. Justice K Laxman recently ruled that action should be taken against ASC Prasad and CI Ramesh who are responsible for this.(PMI)
