Nursing students thank CM KCR for increasing stipend

Hyderabad; July 6 ( PMI ): Nursing students across the State thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for increasing the stipend and performed ksheerabhishekham to the portrait of the Chief Minister at different places on Monday. The State government has enhanced the stipend for the first-year students from the current Rs 1,500 to Rs 5,000 and for second-year students from Rs 1,600 to Rs.6,000.
Similarly, the stipend for third-year students has been increased to Rs 7,000 from Rs 1,700, and this would come into effect immediately.
