BRIRUT/ GAZA STRIP: Israeli forces killed at least 38 people across Gaza on Saturday, including in attacks on the Kamal Adwan Hospital and the al-Faruq Mosque in Nuseirat.
Rescuers are combing the rubble after an Israeli attack destroyed an eight-storey building in central Beirut, killing at least 20 people and wounding 66 others.

November 3: Israeli attack hits the third floor of the hospital, wounding six hospitalized children and damaging its water tanks.
October 31: Israeli attack hits the third floor of the hospital and ignites a fire at the medicine warehouse, destroying some supplies and damaging the desalination station for the hemodialysis department. Four medical staff are injured while trying to manually extinguish the fire.
October 25 – 26: Israeli forces raid Kamal Adwan and detain dozens of people. Of the hospital’s 70-member team, 44 male staff are detained, including an orthopedic surgeon with MSF.
October 19: Israeli attack destroys the entrance to the hospital’s laboratory.

Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) is reporting that rescue teams pulled body parts from the rubble after an Israeli attack on Tyre in southern Lebanon.
Three people were also injured in the attack on a building near the town’s electricity company.
Remnants of the guided missile used in the attack were also found, the NNA added.
At least eight people were killed in a series of Israeli attacks on Tyre on Saturday, including two fishermen killed by an Israeli drone.
The Lebanese armed group said it fired a salvo of rockets at Israeli troops in the settlement of Kfar Blum shortly after midnight.
