Hyderabad, Dec.22 (PMI): International President of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and senior advocate Shri Alok Kumar on Monday strongly condemned the killing of Hindus and systematic violence against the Hindu community in Bangladesh. He called for nationwide protests across all districts of Bharat on December 23, 2025.
Addressing the media persons, he described the lynching and burning alive of Dipu Chandra Das in Mymensingh as a gross violation of human rights and demanded the withdrawal of the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Muhammad Yunus, stating that a leadership unable to protect minorities lacks moral legitimacy.
The VHP president urged the Government of India to take strong diplomatic and political steps to ensure the safety of Hindus in Bangladesh.
VHP national spokesperson Dr. Ravinuthala Shashidhar said large-scale protest programmes will be held at district headquarters and major centres across the Telugu States, and appealed to the Hindu community to participate in large numbers. (pressmediaofindia.com)
