: Telangana Congress today announced that it will start its own newspaper and news channel very soon.
Addressing the Congress party Mandal and Block level representatives’ training camp here on Saturday, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy asked Congress activists to utilize the services of social media. He revealed that he would take up Congress party bus yatra across the State. He also asked Congress cadre not to be afraid of TRS harassments. The Congress will take revenge after returning to power, he said and ridiculed that Bangaru Telangana achieved by only four members of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s family. The Congress had lost 2014 elections because KCR’s false and sugar coated promises, he said.
Exuding confidence that Congress would bounce back with 90 seats in the Assembly in 2019 elections, Uttam said KCR has failed to fill jobs in the last three-and-a-half years. Dubbing the Rythu Samakhya Samithis as TRS Committees, Uttam alleged that KCR’s rule has become a curse for farmers. He also alleged that KCR was speaking utter lies on power sector and emptying the State exchequer in the name of projects. He also clarified that his party was not against the projects but against KCR’s money-minting.
