Hyderabad Dec 11 (PMI): The Zonal Commissioner GHMC Ms Hari Chandana, IAS, inaugurated OWC (Organic Waste Converter) at Virtusa Hyderabad facility located in financial district. Addressing on the occasion, she applauded Virtusa’s initiatives taken for environment conservation. Speaking on the occasion, Virtusa’s Centre Head & Facilities Head for India 
Mr Krishna Yedula, said that by launching this facility, both the Campuses in Hyderabad are zero waste discharge facilities and completely self-sustainable. Krishna says, as part of Virtusa’s Sustainability Policy, we are committed to protect environment and continue to take up such initiatives. Some of the recent initiatives include launch of electric fleet for our transport operations leading to reduced carbon footprint.
