Work like committed soldiers for win in LS & panchayat polls, KTR exhorts party cadre

Hyderabad, Dec.20 (PMI): TRS working president KT Rama Rao today said the coming seven months are crucial for the party to face the upcoming panchayat and Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing a huge public meeting at Jangaon today along with party senior leaders Kadiam Srihari, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and others, KTR called upon the TRS cadre to shun pride and work like soldiers for the victory of the ruling party in the panchayat polls and also in Lok Sabha polls. “We have to win these two polls as a matter of prestige and together the rank and file can make wonders”, he said. “TRS birth itself was a history and its supreme was just 47 years old when he launched the party and achieved the statehood after 14 years of determined struggle. The party will be strengthened at all levels as K Chandrasekhar Rao wanted to build party offices for the people”.

TRS working president also said the party must win all the 16 Lok Sabha seats in the ensuing polls and dictate terms in the formation of the next Union government. KCR was planning to push federal front for qualitative change in politics at the national level for all-round development of the people in the country. “A non-BJP and non-Congress front will emerge victorious in the country and KCR was making efforts in that direction”, he said.

“The Lok Sabha polls in April will be a key for the TRS as also for the local bodies, which we have to show our strength by winning majority of the seats”, KTR asserted. “KCR has a plan to make the TRS a strong force in the years to come and work for inclusive growth. Warangal is the place that pushed the ruling party to win all the battles for the cause of the people, who gave mandate to the TRS. The entire nation was looking at us for welfare schemes and Federal Front will replicate Rythu Bandhu and other schemes to check suicides of the farmers”, he averred. (PMI) p*
