Hyderabad : TRS MP BB Patil today condemned some media reports that he is switching loyalties to the BJP.
Talking to media persons here on Friday, BB Patil condemned the media reports stating for some days that he was going to join the ruling BJP at the Centre. “There is no iota of truth in such false reports and I am in the TRS fold and will continue in it”, he remarked. He also said his company did not involve in any sort of irregularities.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao are developing Zaheerabad segment to great extent, he said. However, some people were making deliberate attempts to malign his image by attributing irregularities, he said. The MP also denied that there are irregularities in Mega Food Park in Narayankhed. Though 700 acres of land is on his company’s name, it belongs to his family members and he does not have any share in it, he said, adding that it is the sister company. If the land owners feel they got less compensation than the actual, he will help them get justice, Patil said.
