Warangal ‘June 20(PMI) The Warangal Police Commissioner has called upon the police officers to prepare for the upcoming assembly elections. As part of the monthly crime review, the Warangal Police Commissioner organized a crime review meeting with the Warangal Commissionerate police officers at NIT conference premises in Kazipet on 
Friday. DCPs, Additional DCPs, ACPs, Inspectors and SIs participated in this meeting where the Commissioner of Police said that the Group 4 examinations to be conducted on Sunday would be conducted peacefully. In addition to making several instructions to the officers on the steps to be taken, the Commissioner of Police inquired about the police security arrangements at the centers where the examinations are conducted, Police Commissioner Crimes DCP Muralidhar also inquired about the security arrangements at the examination centers for the successful conduct of this prestigious examination conducted by the state government, and thoroughly informed the candidates appearing for the examination in view of past experiences. The police commissioner advised the officials that inspections should be conducted. Later, the Commissioner of Police discussed various issues with the officials regarding the upcoming elections. The police officers were told to bind over those who have committed illegal activities and those who have committed crimes in the past during the election, keep an eye on belt shops transporting money, alcohol, marijuana, collect information 
about people who have committed crimes or committed illegal activities in the station area, and conduct sudden vehicle inspections. Referring to the general police duties, the police commissioner said that the officers should perform their duties with discipline and continue the investigation with skill, especially in critical cases, there is a need to video record the statements of the witnesses, and the investigating officers should provide accurate evidence to punish the criminals. Also, in cases related to suspicious death, the investigating officers should be vigilant and conduct a thorough investigation, as part of their duties, the officers should accept challenges and overcome pressures and do justice to the people of the poor communities. In this meeting Crimes DCP Muralidhar, East and West Zone DCPs Karunakar, Sitaram, Trainee IPS Ankit and other police officers were present.(Press media of india)
