Hyderabad, May 15 (PMI): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G. Kishan Reddy today said that the central government had given 57 lakh Covid vaccines to Telangana state so far. He said that the central government was extending requisite support to the state for the prevention of the virus. He also said that the central government had given 75 lakh vaccines to the neighbouring AP state.
Reddy said that the central government was taking all kinds of steps to contain the spread of the Covid virus. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was holding discussions with Pharma companies to increase the production of the vaccines in the country. He said that the objective of Modi was to ensure that all people of the country took the vaccine. (PMI)
