Cheryal (Jangoan), Nov.18 (PMI): Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao asked the people to cast vote with their own discretion and not to exercise their vote on the advice of family members and friends.
Addressing the Praja Ashirwada Sabha at Cheryal in Jangoan Assembly constituency on Saturday, the Chief Minister said that people should think about what the candidates would do if given a chance, especially look at the history of their parties.
“Voters should study the background of the candidates and the history of the political parties . At the same time, people should look at the progress made by the BRS government during the last nine and half years,” KCR said.
Stating that the BRS was born for the formation of Telangana State and for the people of Telangana to render justice, the Chief Minister said the development and welfare schemes done by the BRS government during the last nine and half years can be seen in every village.
He also asked the people to compare the performance of BRS government with Congress party that ruled for over 60 years and to cast vote with their own discretion.
“It has been ten years since Telangana came. The BRS government is running with blessings of all sections of the people. We have created a path for the development of Telangana. People should look at the conditions before the Telangana and after the formation of Telangana,” KCR pointed out. (PMI)
