Hyderabad’23 Nov (PMI) This is a case wrongful restraint, public nuisance and violation of Model Code of Conduct, wherein the accused persons in IDH colony, 62- Sanathnagar constituency indulged in affixing the flexi of BRS party. On 22-11-2023 there is a BRS door to door campaigning program in which Minister Sri Tallasani Srinivas Yadav Garu is going to participate in the program at IDH Colony wherein, one BRS Flexi of Sri Tallasani Srinivas Yadav was affixed to the Rajiv Gandhi Statue which violated the rules of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) as well as instructions given by the Returning officer. This incidents occurred on 22-11-2023 around 1630 to 1700 hrs at following place IDH Colony, New Bhoiguda, Hyderabad, falling within the jurisdiction of Gandhi Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad on the complaint of Smt N Parvathi, Occ. Asst. Traning officer Department of employment and traning, Hyderabad and attached to flying squad Team of 62 Sanathnagar Constituency, Hyderabad case was registered in Cr. No 305/2023 U/s 4 of TSPDOPPOOPA Act . Today issued 41 (A) Cr.PC notices to the above said accused persons and instructed them to appear whenever their presence is required before the investigating officer or the Hon’ble Court.
