Hyderabad : Alleging that the TSRTC morally declined to very low level for the sake of revenue, the Congress senior leader V Hanumantha Rao has said that the advertisements displayed on RTC buses were very bad.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Sunday along with TPCC leaders Bollu Kishan and M Ramachandra Reddy, Hanumantha Rao said that the ‘Arjun Reddy’ film poster displayed on RTC buses were in a manner that it will destroy the youth. Already there was a feeling that the youth were being spoiled while seeing films, he said and asked RTC to tell as to what message it was trying to give displaying posters like ‘Arjun Reddy’ film. Calling upon youth to obstruct such sort of film campaign with lip-lock posters, VH said that it was not proper to RTC to lower down for the sake of revenue.
M Ramachandra Reddy demanded the state government to initiate action in a manner to remove the posters. He demanded the state government to file a case against the film producer to curb such posters, which would show drastic impact on the society.
Earlier, Hanumantha Rao and others removed ‘Arjun Reddy’ posters displayed on buses.
