Union Minister Kishan Reddy response to Revanth Reddy’s comments

Hyderabad’15’Feb'(Shoukat–PMI) Union Minister Kishan Reddy responded to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s comments on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s caste. He said that it was inappropriate for Revanth Reddy to speak like that at the level of the Chief Minister. He criticized him for speaking irresponsibly. He said that Narendra Modi included caste in BCs in 1994 itself. “Such irresponsible speaking is not in the spirit of humanity,” he said. He was angry. He reminded that the Congress party was in power in Gujarat at that time. He said that the Congress party had trampled on the recommendations of the Mandal Commission. He said that the BJP implemented the recommendations of the Mandal Commission as soon as it came to power. He questioned why the Congress party, which has been in power for sixty years, did not conduct a caste census across the country. He said that BC groups are making allegations that there were irregularities in the caste census.

Modi’s inclusion of caste as BC in 1994

Kishan Reddy recalled the inclusion of Modi’s caste in the BC list when the Gujarat government was in power in 1994. “At that time, the Congress party was in power in Gujarat,” he said. Through this statement, he severely criticized the Congress government.

Congress party affair

Opposition to BRS and Congress in Telangana

Kishan Reddy said that there is more opposition to the Congress in Telangana than to BRS. “The job calendar promise given to the unemployed has not been implemented,” he said. He lamented the failure to fully implement the six guarantees in the state and the Congress party’s inability to implement the guarantees that were given.

Neglecting RFA and university upgrades

Kishan Reddy accused the Congress party of ignoring several promises made by the party, such as upgrading universities and making changes in the education system. “These promises could not be achieved. Now these issues are being discussed among the people,” he said.(PMI)
