Hyderabad, April 25 (Press Media Of india): Union minister of state for home affairs G Kishan Reddy today launched a medical portal developed by the medical cell of the party in the city. Speaking on the occasion he said that the state and central governments were working hard and with dedication to contain the spread of the corona virus in the state and the country.
He said that they would serve the senior citizens, disabled persons and women in emergency situations with the help of the portal . Referring to the increase in the number or corona positive cases in different states of the country, he said that the Markaz returnees had gone to the different states of the country including Telangana states and added that 60 percent of the corona positive cases were related to Markaz. He said that the central government had sent a team of experts to assist the state government in its fight against the corona virus.
Reddy said that although the central government had given some relaxations to certain sectors, the state government preferred to continue with the ongoing lockdown without any relaxations. He urged the people of the state to download Aarogya Sethu app for their safety from corona virus and added that the app would act as a body guard. (PMI)
