UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION OF SRI  MAHESH M. BHAGWAT IPS, ADDL. DG, COMMISSIONER OF POLICE ARRESTED CYBER STALKER FOR HARASSING WOMEN THROUGH Whats App MESSENGER

Hyderabad Aug 1 (PMI): PRO Rachakonda Commissionerate the Rachakonda Cyber Crime Police arrested Mota Durga Prasad, S/O Laxmaiah, Aged 23years, Occ: Private Employee for harassing an Advocate by sending Sexually Explicit photos and messages through WhatsApp Messenger.

Basing on the facts given by the victim registered a case in Cr. No: 259/2020 U/s 354D, 509 IPC and 67A IT Act of Cyber Crime PS, Rachakonda at Cyber Crime PS.

During the course of investigation, basing on the technical evidence on credible information, the accused Mota Durga Prasad is arrested. On questioning he admitted his guilt of his offences. The accused Durga Prasad is addicted to see porno websites on internet and used to collect the mobile numbers of girls from social media platforms and sending them sexually explicit contents through WhatsApp. He also making video calls to innocent women and he used to blackmail them by demanding to send their nude pictures, if they refused, he is threatening them that he will post their mobile numbers on Porno web sites on internet. The accused previously arrested in the year 2017 wide Cr. No. 503/2017 U/s 506, 354D IPC & 66E, 67 of IT act of Rachakonda Crime Police Station, Cr. No. 683/2017, U/s 354 C. IPC of Miyapur PS, Cyberabad. Even after arrest he has not changed his attitude and again involved the Cases Cr. No. 259/2020, U/s 354 D, 509 IPC & Sec 67 A of IT act Dt. 23.06.2020 of Cyber Crime PS, Rachakonda. Cr. No. 338/2020, U/s 354 D, 509 IPC & Sec 67 A of IT act Dt. 31.07.2020 of Cyber Crime PS, Rachakonda. Cr. No. 82/2020, U/s 354 D, 509 IPC & Sec 67 A of IT act Dt. 31.07.2020 of Rural PS Nalgonda Dist.

In this case one Mobile phone along with Porno Contents and many mobile numbers of innocent girls is sized. In time of the arrest is protected many innocent girls.

CP Rachakonda Appeal to Citizens especially Girls, those who are active on various social media platforms are advised be careful and not to accept friend requests from unknown and not to share any of your personal details to them.
