Hyderabad, To mark Mahatma Gandhi death anniversary, Telangana Government today asked the people to keep silent for two minutes in the state on January 30 from 11 am. The government issued orders in this regard and instructed the officials to take necessary steps. The order gets significance as the Centre taken a decision and asked the States to maintain silence for two minutes to pay tributes to freedom martyrs across the country. The Government directed the collectors, Police Commissioners and SPs to ensure that the people follow suit. Vehicles on the roads will be stopped from moving for two minutes in the state.
