Hyderabad June 13 (Newslines): The Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali Grab 150 sq yards land long back which belonged to Raja Prem Gopal Saincher the grandson of late sir Maha Raja Kishan Pershad the then Prime Minister of HEH Nizam Government of Hyderabad Deccan.
In the year 1993 Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher sold 100 SQ Yards open Land situated at Temple Alwal, Alwal to Smt Yashodha Bai W/o Sri Rajeshwar adjacent to Sri Venkateswara Mahila Mandali, when smt Yashodha Bai started construction on the Land Sri Venkateshwars Mahila Mandali, Uppu Swamy, G. Suryakala and others claimed the property and Yashoda Bai filed a Case in LGC Court vide No 68 of 1998 and judgment was passed in favor of Yashoda Bai and the respondent were declared LAND GRABBERS BY LAND GRABBING COURT.
The Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali in LGC case No 68 of 1998 not only claimed 100 Sq Yards Land but also claimed 400 Sq Yards Land without having any documents and during the cross examination the statement of President and Secretory of Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali differ with each other. On the basis of different statement recorded by both and no documents were produced/adduced before the Court and lot of other false story recorded by both the personnel of Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali the Court declared LAND GRABBERS.
Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali and others in the year 2016 tried to grab the Land admeasuring 420 Sq Yards situated at Temple Alwal, Alwal belonging to Sri Samrat Saincher Nag son of Late Som Nag and Shalini Saincher but could not succeed to grab the Land.
According to GPA Holder of Sri Samrat Saincher Nag, he engaged JCB to clean the Land, around 1500 HRS or 1530 HRS again Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali interfered in Land with help of Local TRS leaders. When GPA holder said them Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali personnel are land grabbers but those people were least bothered about that and replied we will support Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali.
One of the person openly threatened saying nobody can deny him as they have good terms and relation with big TRS Leader and will see the work is stopped and won’t allow you to complete the work hereafter and we will call area Corporator and other GHMC officials and lot of TRS workers and follower of our big leader but they were afraid to disclosed that leader name, said GPA holder.
