Hyderabad, 12 Oct 2023 (PMI): TPCC president Revanth Reddy today said formation of Indiramma Rule is certain in Telangana and also six guarantees will certainly be signed at the LB Stadium on December 9. He said Sonia Gandhi waited for nine years for CM KCR to fulfil his promises to Telangana, but he cheated Sonia Gandhi just as he cheated four crore people. “It is only with the Congress government that the poor will get the benefits of welfare. That is why Soniamma announced six guarantees on September 17”, he said and reiterated that the six guarantees will be implemented soon after returning to power in the State.
Former DCCB chairman Kamatham Srinivas Reddy, son of former minister Kamatham Ram Reddy of Parigi constituency joined the Congress party on Thursday. Similarly, in the presence of Revanth Reddy on Thursday in Gandhi Bhavan, Sunita Sampath, former municipal chairperson of Tandur constituency, Mahipal Reddy, son of former DCC president Lakshma Reddy, Illanthakunta, Manakondur MPPs, and other leaders of Manakondur constituency joined the Congress in large numbers. Revanth Reddy wrapped shawls and invited them to the party.
Addressing them on the occasion, Revanth Reddy alleged that CM KCR has made Telangana a haven for drunkards. Reddy said schemes like free electricity for agriculture, loan waivers for farmers, fee reimbursement for students, and Arogyashri are implemented by the Congress party. He said in the next 45 days, we will give back to all the officials and authorities supporting BRS. Revanth Reddy warned that there will be no tolerance if those who help the Congress are threatened.
“KTR prepared a list of 75 people, who are helping the Congress. He gave that list to Union Minister Piyush Goyal. As soon as we come to power, we will punish all the officials who were supporting the ruling party. He alleged that even Akbaruddin Owaisi was talking like Modi, Kishan Reddy and Raja Singh. They want me to take an oath on Goddess Bhagyalakshmi…I am ready to come to Bhagyalakshmi temple…” He hoped that they would come to power if the Congress workers toil for 45 days. (PMI)
