According to the Central Zone DCP M. Venkateswarlu IPS , the YouTuber, Dundla Madhu Yadav of Somajiguda came to Dr. B R Ambedkar statue unveiling program at Necklace road on Friday along with two persons – an ex-serviceman Guru Saheb Singh and a driver, Shiva Prakash.

Ambedkar, near NTR Garden, by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana State, one person by name Vaddinedi Shiva Prakash, age 28 yrs, Occ: Driver, N/o Tadepally Gudem, West Godavari District, A.P. State, was found carrying one long Rifle. On enquiry he was carrying the weapon belongs to one Guru Saheb Singh, Ex-Service Man, retired on 31-08-2021 from Army, who is working as private gun man to one Dondla Madhu Yadav R/o Somajiguda, Hyderabad (YouTube Star) . On enquiry, Guru Saheb Singh having valid license to possess two weapons i.e. Rifle and pistol from Poonch District of Jammu Kashmir for his self defense. He has acting as Private Gunman for Dondla Madhu Yadav since 1st April 2023 for Rs. 60,000/- per month. Dondla Madhu Yadav didn’t get any valid permission from concerned police authorities to appoint a private gunman for his personal security from Hyderabad City Police. On the 14-04-2023 Guru Saheb Singh handed over his Rifle to driver Vaddinedi Shiva Prakash which is against to the Law and they were trying to enter by following Dondla Madhu Yadav into the meeting premises where Hon’ble CM and other dignitaries were present and who are covered with high level security. A case has been registered vide Cr.No.157/2023 U/Sec. 25 IB (a) and 30 of Arms Act 1959 against Vaddinedi Shiva Prakash (A-1) Guru Saheb Singh, Ex-Service Man (A-2) and Dondla Madhu Yadav (A-3) at P.S. Saifabad, Hyd., and they are arrested today and being produced before the Hon’ble court.
Appeal to all citizens not to appoint any private gunman / Private Security Personal without valid permission from the Police concerned authorities, which is against the law and they are liable for prosecution.(Press media of ibdia)
