Hyderabad, Mar 21 (PMI): The Meerpet Police arrested the accused person namely Sangishetty Surender who is responsible for Triple murder of his wife and two children, who was booked by Meerpet Police U/S 302 IPC in Cr No 221 of 2018.
The accused Sangishetty Surender is professionally an Auto Faruk worker and partner of Sri Lakshmi Auto Engineering works at Lingampally. In the month of November-2011 he got married to deceased Varalakshmi D/o Mahesh R/o Sai Prabhu at Dhanraj Function hall, Uppuguda and they blessed with two children Viz. Ritesh aged 06 yrs and Yesheshwini @ Yashasvi aged about 03 yrs.
After the marriage, frequent fights and quarrel started with his wife over family issues which has irritated him. Deceased Varalakshmi’s father invited them on 17.03.2018 on the occasion of Ugadi festival. After having dinner together, he along with his wife slept in one bed room, his father-in-law & mother-in-law along with his children slept in another bed room and brother-in-law slept in the hall. On 20.03.2018 at 0300 hrs his father-in-law brought his daughter to their room as she is crying for him. Both husband and wife woke up in the morning 0500 hrs as they have to go to their house where a quarrel took place between him and his wife over family issue. Then he decided to kill his wife and children so he can live happily without any family issues.
He executed the plan by sending his father-in-law and brother-in-law to buy teddy. When they left home at 0730hrs he went inside the bedroom and pushed his wife on bed and sat on her chest and blocked her hands with his legs to which she could not fight back and he throttled her to death. His daughter was sleeping on the same bed and upon confirmation of his wife death he throttled his daughter as well. Then he called his father-in-law and brother-in-law to check if they are coming home or not to which they replied they will be reaching home in 15 minutes. At that moment his mother-in-law was cooking so he easily called in his son in the room saying he wants to download some game on mobile and they will play and killed him too.
He immediately fled from the house in his car. On 20.03.2018 Surender confessed his guilt before Sri Raghupathi,VRO Badangpet, immediately VRO Badangpet inform the same to Inspector Meerpet, Inspector Meerpet along with his team reached the spot and apprehended the accused along with Car B. No. TS 07 FN 4739 and two cell phones belongs to the accused.
The arrest was made by Sri A. Man Mohan, Sri Raghavender SIP, SIP Raju, PC Sriramulu, PC Jayander Reddy of Meerpet PS under the supervision of Sri V. Ravinder Reddy, ACP, Vanasthalipuram. (Press Media of India)
