Warangal: Telangana Jana Samithi(TJS) Chairman Prof. M. Kodandaram Reddy made some caustic remarks against the TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) while addressing a rally called the ‘Orugallu Poru Yatra’ in Warangal on Sunday. He was referring to KCR’s decision to call for early elections, which he said was akin to running away from the responsibility of taking care of public welfare.
He also called the move to dissolve the assembly an unconstitutional act and said that KCR had resorted to this out of fear of losing the elections. To make it convenient for himself, he dissolved the assembly. Even without fulfilling the promises made in the previous elections like the 2BHK houses and 3-acre land for dalits was not yet completed, he said.
Talking about the TJS party’s decision to join the Mahakutami, he said that the grand alliance was to ensure that the purpose of statehood and the promises made during the statehood agitation are fulfilled. He also said that KCR had deviated from the path of the Telangana movement which had been achieved due to the sacrifice made by so many people.
He further asserted that KCR had become corrupt and was only focused on making money. He also said that if the people of Telangana wanted to end his tyranny they should vote the TRS party out of power.
