Hyderabad; 23 Nov 2024 (PMI): The sleuths of the Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team, along with Masab Tank Police on credible information raided on the Brothel House Styled as “Amazing Beauty Salon and SPA” situated at H.No: 10-5-5/F, Main road, Opposite Sandarshini Hotel, Masab Tank, Hyderabad and apprehended (02) Organizer, (01) Customer and rescued (04) Victim girls.
 APPREHENDED ACCUSED:
1. Yazali Prakash S/o Y.Ratnam, Age: 50 years, Occ: Owner Amazing SPA, R/o: Erragadda, Hyderabad. (Organizer)
2. Medhari Kavitha D/o M.Sathaiah, Age: 29 years, Occ: Works in home Care Services R/o: LN Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad. (Organizer)
3. Shaik Faisal S/o Shaik Ahmed, Age: 29 years, Occ: Furniture work, R/o: Shahed Nagar, Asifnagar, Hyderabad. (Customer)
 BRIEF ABOUT CASE:
The Commissioner’s Task Force West Zone, under the leadership of Inspector E. Jangaiah, conducted a raid on a SPA operating under the name “Amazing Beauty Salon and SPA.” The establishment was found to be illegally functioning as a brothel, luring customers under the pretense of offering legitimate spa services.
According to the investigation, the women were approached by the spa management after posting their resumes on local job-search platforms, such as “Nithra Jobs Search App Telugu” and “Lokal: Breaking Info & Jobs,” while seeking work as beauticians. When the victims inquired about the salary, they were initially told they would earn between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 per month. However, the spa management later promised them a higher salary of ₹50,000 per month if they performed sexual favors under the guise of working as masseuses. The victims are typically from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, and taking advantage of their financial situation, the organizers lure them with promises of money, brainwash them, and coerce them into engaging in prostitution. Subsequently, the victims were coerced into participating in illegal activities.
The organizers of the illegal activity are Yazali Prakash and Medhari Kavitha. Yazali Prakash, with over seven years of experience in the beauty industry, is allegedly operating a brothel under the guise of a spa. Medhari Kavitha has been recruiting women by promising them employment opportunities, but in reality, she has been coercing the victims into working as masseuses in the brothel. To cover up their activities, used condoms were being flushed down the toilets to avoid detection.

SI. Mohammed Jahed along with staff of Commissioner’s Task force, West Zone Task Force team Hyderabad City along with the staff of Masab Tank Police Station.
