Hyderabad, 12 Oct 2023 (PMI): Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav has informed that he will launch his election campaign from Sanath Nagar Assembly constituency by undertaking the Padayatra on October 16.
Talasani Srinivas Yadav held a meeting with BRS party leaders and activists at his residence here on Thursday and discussed a plan of action for the proposed Padayatra and campaign strategy for the upcoming polls in the Sanath Nagar Assembly constituency.
On the occasion, Talasani Srinivas Yadav asked the party leaders to take steps to ensure that not less than 1,000 people should take part in the Padayatra.
He also asked the party leaders to give a widespread publicity for the welfare schemes implemented by the BRS government and the development works undertaken at a cost of hundreds of crores of rupees during the last two terms in the Assembly constituency.
Talasani said it was also the responsibility of the party leaders and workers to check the voter list whether the people’s names and their address are mentioned properly in the voter list or not.
Meanwhile, BRS Secunderabad Lok Sabha Constituency In-charge Talasani Sai Kiran had a special meeting with the representatives of the welfare societies of the respective colonies, elders of the slums and the youth.
A large number of party leaders and workers from Ameerpet, Sanath Nagar, Ramgopalpet, Bansilalpet, Begumpet and Monda Market divisions attended the meeting. (PMI)
