Hyderabad Jul 1 (PMI): Telangana Government planning to shift Tahsil office in Alwal in the land/property without consulting or contacting real owners and working along with local TRS leaders to secure illegally occupied land for their followers. A news published in Namastay Telangana Telugu news Paper on 1st July 2020 states that Malkajgiri MLA Sri Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao is using all his efforts to shift the Tahsil Office in Temple Alwal, Alwal in the illegal occupied land by Navakala Kendram which belongs to the legal heirs of Late Raja Prem Goal Saincher grandson of Late Sir Maha Raja Kishan Pershad the then Prime Minister of HEH Nizam Government of Hyderabad Deccan. By doing this he wanted to secure the properties or lands which are illegally occupied under his influence so that real owners shall face all hurdles and troubles to acquire back their land or property.
TRS party Malkajgiri MLA Sri Mynampally Hanumanth Rao since two decades helping and extending his full support to Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali to grab the land admeasuring 100 Sq Yards belongs to Smt G. YashodaBai W/o Rajeshwar (sold by Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher) and also Land admeasuring 420 SQ yards bounded by South: 100 SQ yards Land belongs to G. Yashoda Bai (sold by Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher), North: 25 Feet Road, East: 30 feet Road, West: Neighbors House (Sold by Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher belongs to Sri Samrat Saincher Nag the grandson of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher, but the LAND GRABBING COURT in case No 68 of 1998 filed by G. Yashoda Bai against Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali and others in land Grabbing Court declared LAND GRABBERS to Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali and others said Mr sajjad GPA holder of Legal heirs of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher.
Recently on 15-06 2020 Mr Syed Hussain Ali Sajjad GPA holder was cleaning and erecting the precast wall on the Land admeasuring 420 SQ yards belongs to Sri Samrat Saincher Nag the President of Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali along with the followers of Local TRS leaders interfered in the work and forced to stop the work, Mr Sajjad refused to stop the work then she along with Local TRS Leaders followers went to GHMC Alwal Circle 27 office and GHMC staff forcibly stopped the work on the complaint of Smt Shakuntala Naidu president of Sri Venlateshwara Mahila Mandali (declared Land Grabbers) by knowing they are Land Grabbers and not having any legal document of the land where GHMC stopped the work. I lodge a complaint in PS Alwal but it is kept in pending due to under the influence of MLA Sri M. Hanumanth Rao, even submitted all documentary proof that Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali is a declared LAND BRABBER by LGC Court as well Hon’ble High Court.
A new strategy adopted by Malkajgiri MLA Sri M. Hanumanth Rao to harass the widows the Legal heirs of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher by way to shift the Tahsil Office in their Land which was illegally occupied by Navalaka Kendram and a Criminal Case was also registered in Police Station Alwal Cr No 493 of 2016 which is also kept in pending under the influence of MLA Sri M. Hanumanth Rao.
The GPA holder request to Telangana Government and other official who is working to shift the Tahsil office in illegal occupied building and open Land (Navakala Kendram) in Temple Alwal, Alwal to stopped the shifting of Tahsil Office in above said Building and open Land because it is a Gramakantam Land (The Hon’ble High Court passed a judgment in the year 2014 that GRAMAKANTAM LANDS ARE NOT GOVERNMENT LANDS) and its belongs to Late Sri Raja Prem Gopal Saincher by virtue of Decree and Judgment Passed in O. S. No 121 of 1976, and also in light of above said Decree and Judgment the then MRO Malkajgiri Mandal (newly formed Alwal Mandal) issued a Memo in the year 2013 the land admeasuring AC 3.20 gts mentioned in Decree and Judgment identified.
Smt Shakuntala Naidu President Sri Vekateshwara Mahila Mandali Land Grabber stated in news published in Telugu News Paper ANDHRA PRABHA dated 16-06-2020 herself admitted not only she does not having any legal document of the land which she interfered to stopped the work and wants to occupy illegally but The Police Station Alwal Building, Navakala Kendram Building E Seva and GHMC Building all are not having any legal documents of the land.
Lastly the GPA holder and legal heirs of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher request the Telangana Government to not shift the Tahsil office in illegal occupied properties or land and check thoroughly if they have any valid document so that they can allow Government to shift Thasil office in the property which is illegal otherwise the legal heirs have the rights to take legal action to protect their properties and against the illegal occupiers and their supporters.
