Raqqa – Syrian warplanes carried out several air strikes against the Islamic State group (IS) in an urban area, east of Raqqa Province, and near the borders with Deir Ezzor Province, a military source told the state television on Saturday.The source said that the Syrian warplanes carried out air strikes on the Islamic State headquarters in Ma’dan and Be’r al-Sabkhawi urban areas, in the eastern countryside of Raqqa, destroying several headquarters and vehicles, as well as killing many members of the radical group.
