Hyderabad, Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao today appreciated Mohammed Ishrat a poor girl from Nizamabad completed B Tech who got a better job on getting free training under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramina Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) scheme by the government. Ishrat got 6 months training at Jagruthi Training Welfare Centre under the scheme got Rs 6.6 lakh per annum job through campus selection. Sahaja another girl also got a similar job for Rs 4.8 lakh per year from Synopsis Company.
Both met the minister and officials at Secretariat here. Krishna Rao appreciated the girls for achieving top jobs with better pay package. The minister appealed to youth and graduates in Telangana to make use of training being offered by the government free of cost and get better jobs. They can get the training and accommodation under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramina Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) scheme to get better jobs. Thousands of students getting training free of cost from the government and benefitting he said. Dr Venkateshwar Rao secretary of Jagruthi Educational and Welfare Society said that 150 out of 240 students got jobs on getting training with them and 45 more are awaiting appointment orders.
