Hyderabad’Oct 07(PMI) City Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar IPS has issued a stern warning against motorists who watch videos on mobile phones or use earphones while driving.
He noted that several people are seen watching videos or talking continuously through earphones while driving, paying no attention to other vehicles on the road. Such actions, he emphasized, are not only dangerous but also punishable under the law.
