Hyderabad, Kaira Foundation founder M Lakshmi Jagadeshwari will be organizing Srimathi Telangana-2017, a beauty contest for married women of Telangana State , aged between 20 and 35 years to propagate the glorious culture that flourishes across the State.
Auditions will begin in Warangal on February 9 and concludes on March 10. The grand finale will be held at Shilpakala Vedika at Madhapur on March 24, 2018. The stage is set for the auditions, which will be held in select districts in order to make it convenient for participants from the interiors keen to earn accolades on the Srimathi Telangana-2017 platform. To encourage women to participate in the beauty contest, the organisers conducted a photo session on Saturday highlighting vibrant Telangana traditions and festivals.
